Feladatok
The purpose of the position is to support the SCM Operational Procurement team in daily activities.
The team is supporting different EMEA Eaton locations with purchasing activities (purchase order creation direct/indirect materials and services, purchase
order follow up activities, purchasing data maintenance, clearing of blocked invoices from Eaton suppliers.
Your Key Deliverables:
- Entering incoming order confirmations from Eaton suppliers to ERP system (SAP)
- Create manual purchase orders (mainly indirect products and services)
- Maintain info records (price, material data ) in SAP
- Support in clearing blocked invoices from Eaton suppliers
- Manage incoming emails from common mailbox
- Support team in daily activities
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks requested by Team Leader and senior team members
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
- Experienced user for MS Office
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong attention to details, strong analytical skills
- Proactivity and reliability
