Feladatok
- Order management in SAP. Handling customers' orders and resolving the emerging issues.
- Answer customers' requests via E-Mail.
- Checking proactively the blocked orders.
- Contacting other departments (finance, supply chain, in-country sales representative).
- Mailbox management.
- English knowledge is important, as we require active participation in our meetings common with other teams and the management.
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Italian language knowledge (B2)
- Strong communication skills and attention to details
- Problem solving mindset
- Ability to work in a team

Ajánlat
- Hybrid work – 3 days office, 2 days remote (after the onboarding period of usually 1-2 months)
- Under the new regulation, young people (under the age of 25) will not be paying the 15% personal income tax in Hungary starting from 2022.
- Young people can take advantage of the income tax benefit until the month they reach the age of 25.
- If the gross salary is higher than HUF 576, 601 we will have to deduct the 15% personal income tax from the salary.
