HR intern - French speaking

Feladatok

• Assist with HR processes from onboarding to offboarding

• Manage and update employee records and documents

• Maintain and update HR databases

• Handle and archive paper-based documentation

• Respond to employee inquiries via email

• Keep HR administration systems up to date

• Prepare reports, data summaries, and presentations

• Communicate with local and global HR colleagues

• Support various HR-related organizational tasks

Elvárás

• Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French ( at least C1 -  strong B2 level) and English
• Relevant HR or business studies
• At least 20 hours of work per week between Monday to Friday 
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work at least 20 hours/week (Monday–Friday, flexible schedule)
• Teamwork
