Feladatok
The Quotation engineer intern provides pre-sales support and draft quotations for internal and external customers and/or the sales organization by acting as a primary point of contact on several channels: telephone, e-mail, web ticket, and chat for EATON Electrical division. The main activities to be covered are related to management of the customers in multiple aspects, providing a complete and professional support for technical inquiries, tendering and quotations follow-up for EATON Electrical portfolio
- Manage technical inquiries from Eaton Electrical portfolio,
- Draft technical quotes,
- Manage cross references and provide technical support in choosing the components among the EATON product portfolio and competitors,
- Assist internal and external customers with product selection and application assistance via email and phone.
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Engineering/technical background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
- Very good German language skills (B2)
- Experienced user of MS office with intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Able to handle complexity
- Flexibility
