ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Account Data Administrator Electrical Sector EMEA will support the sales and marketing organization in account data management. This includes accurate and complete account creation and maintenance, customer classification setting, grouping and/or hierarchy setting, very precisely and within the agreed timeframe.
Your Key Deliverables:
- Working with various ERP systems (mainly SAP), Salesforce & C360, TPH & Reltio, as well as external tools to classify the accounts in an accurate way; He/she will be supported by the Lead Data Stewards in the various ES EMEA organizations
- Contribute to improve the customer creation and maintenance process for Electrical EMEA
- Support the Customer Master Data management team and the Subject Matter Expert in the country in the deployment of account data quality tools and metrics
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem solving mindset
- Ability to work in a team
- Able to handle complexity
Előny
- Previous experience in related field
- SAP and/or other ERP System knowledge is an advantage
- knowledge of another European language is an advantage
