Feladatok
We are looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Support Intern for a complex customer support scope consisting of order management, complaint handling and administrative tasks. Supporting customers in Spain and Portugal in native languages via email (no phone calls).
- Order entry
- Order follow-up and escalation handling
- Administrative and reporting tasks
- Complaint handling
- Participation in team meetings and weekly meetings with Iberia Inside Sales.
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish(C1)
- Experienced user of MS office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a team
