Feladatok
We are looking for interns in the Swedish Customer Support team to assist with order management and general inquiries (listed under tasks). Strong knowledge of English language is required, knowing Swedish is a plus. Communication with customers happens via email. Provides excellent possibility to gain insight how a global multination company works, especially Customer Experience, Sales and Supply Chain.
Tasks:
- Entering orders and making changes to them if requested
- Providing information to customers regarding order status, expected delivery date, tracking number, etc.,
- Answering price and product availability related questions,
- Invoice corrections,
- Administrative tasks
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
- Experienced user of MS office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a team

- SAP knowledge is an advantage
