Feladatok

The Junior Field Service Representative will be part of the Budapest Service Support Team, assisting the Electrical Field Service operations in the United Kingdom region. The primary function is to provide Service Sales and Field Service teams with pre- and post-sales administrative support, including maintenance service administration, contract management, processing field service reports, scheduling, product related services, as well as managing product problems/warranty and application assistance received via phone, email or Web.

Tasks:

• Administrate service maintenance tasks of all types carried out by field services work force using relevant databases and applications to ensure up-to-date data for all customers at all times
• Meet the quotation and contract administration requirements set by field service and service sales teams, supporting sales targets for Emergency Lighting products and related service maintenance contracts
• Proactively act to understand and solve customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
• Constant cooperation wh Emergency Lighintg sales, service and technical support departments in order to acquire and maintain an extensive knowledge of the internal workings of these departments and their processes
• Able to detect and escalate problem or error with data that he/she is responsible for
• Proactive participation in team related tasks (projects, events, visitors,
  extra tasks
• Provide assistance in database cleansing activities

Elvárás

• Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian (C1)
• Third/last year studies
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
• Experienced user of MS office
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving mindset
• Able to handle complexity

Ajánlat

• Under the new regulation, young people (under the age of 25) will not be paying the 15% personal income tax in Hungary starting from 2022.
• Young people can take advantage of the income tax benefit until the month they reach the age of 25.
• If the gross salary is higher than HUF 656 785 we will have to deduct the 15% personal income tax from the salary.
• Please note that under new regulations, from the 1st of January of 2025. we have to deduct Personal Income Tax (15%) from every international's salary, except for European Economic Area citizens (list) under 25!
