Feladatok

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The purpose of the position is to support the SCM Buyer team in daily activities.

This position is dedicated to support two manufacturing sites in Germany, along with two Filtration buyers.

Your Key Deliverables:

• Entering incoming order confirmations from Eaton suppliers to ERP system (SAP)
• Document archiving / E-archiving
• Manage incoming emails from common mailbox, flagging
• Daily reporting
• Support team in daily purchasing activities with administrative tasks, indirect orders handling
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks requested by Team Leader and senior team members

Elvárás

• Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and in German (at least B2 level)
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
• Experienced user for MS Office
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong attention to details, strong analytical skills
• Proactivity and reliability
• Can work at least 4 days a week, in flexible shifts between 7:00-18:00, at least 25 hours per week.
