Customer Support Intern (Turkish)

Feladatok
Customer support Intern helps the CSRs with daily tasks, Customers with their questions, orders to be entered. Coordinate cases within the different teams (SCM-Finance-Sales-CxP).
Your Key Deliverables:
- Answer to Customers
- Enter orders
- Follow up orders status
- Creation of some reports from ERP (SAP) system
- Usage of SalesForce Case management
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish (C1)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions
- Experience in SAP
- Proficient MS Office user
