Feladatok
As a customer support representative your primary function is to provide commercial support for portfolio of customers type of project business. Responsible for order management and interfacing with customers and internal parties via email, phone, chat and case management tool.
Your Key Deliverables:
- Handles inquiries via chat and email from customer and/or internal parties
- Order management: order entry, price checking, order clearing compliant with Eaton's policies
- Complaint handling - Support team with billing responsibilities
- Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures & tactics and using pro-active communication across internal network of multiple product lines
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and at least intermediate French (B2) knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
- Ability to work in a team
