Feladatok
In this position you support the German Customer Support team activities. Mostly you will have pre-sales tasks handled in our CRM System in cooperation with technicians, engineers and sometimes sales colleagues.
- Sorting and reporting activities in the system.
- Preparing opportunities from customer inquiries for the engineer and sales colleagues.
- Order management (Placing orders, sometimes requires consultation with technicians. Order amendment.)
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and at least intermediate German (B1) knowledge
- Mechatronic studies or Engineering studies
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a team
