Feladatok
Supporting the Buyer team responsible for procurement activities for international operations, primarily serving factories and distribution centers in Germany.
The role involves assisting with sourcing processes, supplier coordination, and ensuring efficient purchasing operations.
Your Key Deliverables:

- Perform administrative support and data entry related to procurement activities.
- Process and track supplier responses and maintain communication records.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, primarily using Excel.
- Support the Buyer team in various sourcing and purchasing activities as needed.
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Economics studies background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
- Experienced user of MS office
- Problem solving mindset
- Flexibility
