Feladatok

This role will support our EMEA Employer Branding Lead with recruitment marketing activities including digital
campaigns, employee advocacy, content creation and other tasks. The role will help enhance our digital presence
on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Your Key Deliverables:

• Support the execution of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies for EMEA talent audiences.
• Interact with employees to gather content (employee day-in-the-life info, testimonials, videos, photos) for
  external sharing.
• Assist in creating and managing branding materials and campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Indeed, and
  Hootsuite.
• Create email newsletters for internal and external audiences.
• Develop content for marketing plans, including clear messaging, compelling content, copywriting, image creation,
  and presentation development.
• Analyze data and report on the performance of programs and media channels.
• Research best practices for marketing campaigns and use templates to create final graphics, videos, and assets.
• Interacting with TA, Social media, paid media, local HR teams

Elvárás

• Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
• Studies in in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
• Experience using Canva to create digital assets

Előny

• Experience using Workfront would be a plus
• Experience using Eloqua would be preferred
• Third/last year of studies
