Feladatok

📦 Order management – Processing B2B and B2C orders, checking stock, invoicing and coordinating shipments.

🚚 Order & shipment tracking – Monitoring deliveries, deadlines and resolving issues that may affect fulfilment.

🌎 International communication – Communicating with customers and dealers worldwide regarding orders and deliveries.

🔄 Returns & warranty management – Coordinating returns and warranty cases with customers, warehouses and internal teams.

💰 Financial administration – Issuing invoices, monitoring payments and resolving financial discrepancies.

⚙️ Process improvement – Testing new systems, identifying issues and supporting workflow automation and improvements.
